Chemical manufacturers, distributors, and organizations that utilize hazardous chemicals in the workplace are subject to the hazard communication standard.


While manufacturers and distributors have a greater responsibility for determining and communicating core chemical hazards, employers with workers exposed to hazardous materials are subject to the regulations as well.

HC10: The Hazard Communication Standard - Discover why the GHS was developed and the industries that are affected by the standard.
HC201: Application of GHS to Hazcom - Understand the building blocks of the new physical and health hazards employers and employees need to follow and comply with
HC323: Comparison of the OLD & NEW Hazard Communication Standard - Old and standard comparisons / requirements of health and physical hazards, label and MSDS sheet requirements
HC402: New changes in the GHS/HCS - Criteria for chemicals classification and the new changes in the hazard communication labels
HC523: Pictograms - Learn the different symbols in pictograms used for labeling. The precautions needed when handling chemicals labeled of which pictogram and the new changes in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
HC654: Enforcement of the Hazard Communication/GHS standard - Learn how the Hazard Communication/GHS standards are enforced; how to avoid the hazard fines; and reiteration of the explained other forms of labels and warnings.
