SC04: Tactical Coaching - This module will discuss the six qualities of a person and the coaching relationship for a coaching to have a deep impact.
SC05: The Seven Types of Sales Managers - This covers some methodologies and critical competencies necessary to become an effective sales coach and how communication affects one's leadership.
SC06: The Pitchfork Manager - This module will give you a picture of what a Pitchfork Manager is- his characteristics and managing strategies.
SC07: The Pontificating Manager - This module pictures out the characteristics of a pontificating manager- the way he/she differs from the first manager discussed.
SC08: Vulnerability-Based Leadership -This module will talk about another type of manager which is the Perfect Manager—his positive and negative attitude and the disadvantages and advantages of being such in a company.
SC09: Facilitating an Effective Coaching Conversation - This module covers the balanced preparation and structure to be used in every coaching session.
SC10: The Art of Enrollment -This module covers the ideas on how managers should connect with their salespeople in an authentic way.
SC11: The Seduction of Potential - This module tackles the different potentials managers should have and shouldn't have.
SC12: Develop an Internal Coaching Program - This last module summarizes all the skills, thinking, and techniques previously discussed which are all necessary to upgrade the under performer.
